What is STEM SIG?
STEM SIG is a BALEAP special interest group for EAP professionals working with Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (or Medicine). It was initiated in 2021 and has been active since.
Does STEM SIG have a constitution?
Yes. All BALEAP Special Interest Groups have a constitution. The STEM SIG constitution is available here.
How can I join the STEM SIG?
STEM SIG is open to anybody who is interested in English for Academic Purposes. Signing up to the JISC STEM SIG email group constitutes membership. The AGM is held each year and minutes are available on the website.
